BET9JA FOUNDER KUNLE SONAME FLYING WITHOUT A WING

 A man who has no imagination has no wings. But to soar with eagles, what one needs to do is believe that he or she can fly because to fly high, is to dream big. This above narrative could be linked to the founder of Bet9ja, Kunle Soname, who has proven to be one of the most successful businessmen in Africa as dreamer who’s living his dream to reality with the advent of ValueJet. 


The Ikenne, Ogun State-born businessman, having made a name for himself in sports marketing, with his internationally recognised Bet9ja brand has been phenomenally successful to the extent of picking the bill as principal sponsor of many television shows in the past. 


The debonair Soname is an orthodox businessman, a diehard proponent of sports, and a man who pursues the growth and development of his roots and the welfare of the common man. This Nigerian gaming tycoon and chairman of Bet9ja has commence in full scale commercial operation of his airline with the acquisition and delivery of the first two aircraft purchased under his recently launched airline company, ValueJet, as part of a move to begin regional flights after all necessary processes are completed. 


Soname remains one of the silent billionaires in Nigeria, who has contributed immensely in promoting sports in the country, floated the airline ValueJet in 2018 to provide premium and high quality flight services in Nigeria and Africa sub-regions with two Bombardier CRJ 900 aircraft, with 90 passengers in 2020. 


Soname who started with sports marketing, but made his money as a big time online bookmaker, is the owner of a Nigeria professional football league club, Remo Stars FC and has acquired 70 percent stake of a second division Portuguese football club side called Clube Desportivo Feirens.

  Mrs. Kafilat Ogbara was born to Alhaji and Alhaja M. Ade. Kasumu’s family in Aiyepe Ogun State.
