Senator Tokunbo Abiru Congratulates Mayoress (Princess) Samiat Abolanle Bada At 50

The Chairman, Senate Committee on Banking, Insurance and other Financial Institutions, Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, congratulate the Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Isheri, LCDA, Mayoress (Princess) Samiat Abolanle Bada on the occasion of her 50th birthday celebrations.

In a heartfelt letter addressed to the Council Chairman, Senator Abiru extolled the accomplishments of  Mayoress Bada in business, politics and public service. The Lagos East Senator described her as a highly resourceful grassroot politician who has contributed immensely to the development of party politics in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA and beyond.  

Abiru said, “On behalf of my family and the good people of Lagos East Senatorial district, I congratulate my dear sister, the Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area, The Oluomo of Kosofe Land and Yeye Sewa of Ilara Kingdom, Mayoress (Princess) Samiat Abolanle Bada, on the occasion of her landmark birthday on December 28, 2023.

“Your dedication and exceptional leadership as the Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area shine brightly. Your legacy within the council's history stands as a testament to your remarkable achievements.

“Mayoress, your commitment to the ideals of our dear party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been unwavering since the days of the Alliance for Democracy (AD) in 1999. Your role as a resourceful grassroot politician and mobilizer has greatly enriched our party at local, senatorial, and state levels.

“At 50, I join your numerous well-wishers in celebrating your accomplishments in business, politics, and public service. And as you age gracefully, I pray that the Almighty Allah continues to grant you abundant blessings, good health, and prosperity”.

WHO IS KAFILAT OGBARA

  Mrs. Kafilat Ogbara was born to Alhaji and Alhaja M. Ade. Kasumu’s family in Aiyepe Ogun State. She attended Adrao International School in Victoria Island and Federal Home Science PSchool Ikoyi, Lagos respectively. Her Secondary School Education was at Federal Government Girls College Langtang, Plateau State. A graduate of English Language and Literature from the University of Lagos, she also acquired her Masters Degree in International Law and Diplomacy and another Masters Degree in Public Administration all from the University of Lagos. Mayoress Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada Distributes Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu's Food Palliatives to Ikosi Isheri Residents

In a heartening display of solidarity and support, Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu's food palliatives were distributed to the residents of Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA) today.
