Mayoress donates vehicles to community stakeholders to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and collaboration in community development initiatives

In a bid to enhance community engagement and support the various sectors within Ikosi Isheri LCDA, the Mayoress, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, made a significant gesture by donating vehicles to key stakeholders in our communities. The event, which came as a surprise to the stakeholders, held at the LCDA council secretariat includes presentation of vehicles to various stakeholders within Ikosi Isheri LCDA, namely the Community Development Committee (CDC), League of Imams, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Revenue Committee, Iyaloja General, and the Media Team.

The event was marked by a spirit of collaboration and appreciation for the invaluable contributions of these stakeholders to the development and well-being of the community.

Speaking at the event, the Mayoress emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships with community stakeholders and acknowledged their pivotal roles in promoting unity, peace, and progress within the LCDA. She expressed gratitude to the Legislative and management team of the Council for their maximum cooperation and support, while highlighting the significance of the vehicles in facilitating the stakeholders' activities and outreach efforts.

The beneficiaries, representing their respective groups, expressed their gratitude for the generous donation, noting the positive impact it would have on their operations and service delivery to the community. They pledged to utilize the vehicles effectively to further advance their mandates and contribute to the overall growth and prosperity of Ikosi Isheri LCDA.

The donation of the vehicle to these key stakeholders underscores the commitment of the local government to foster inclusive governance and synergy between the government and various community groups.
