Sanwo-Olu Receives Guinness World Record Holder Ayelabola Ololade at Lagos House







Lagos, Nigeria – In a heartwarming display of recognition and encouragement for youthful excellence, the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on [insert date], received Ayelabola Ololade, the official Guinness World Record holder for the longest distance walked on a catwalk by a model, at Lagos House, Marina.

Ololade, a final-year Computer Science student at the University of Lagos, recently etched her name into the record books after walking an extraordinary 130.62 kilometers on a catwalk. The feat, completed through 2,058 laps at the Indoor Sports Centre of UNILAG, shattered a record that had remained unbroken for 41 years.

Governor Sanwo-Olu commended Ololade for her resilience, creativity, and pioneering spirit, describing her accomplishment as a beacon of hope and inspiration for young people across the state and beyond.
