RENEWING THE PROMISE: ASIWAJU ALL THE WAY 2027



A visit /interface made by the National coordinator of this great movement, Snr. Comrd Saturday David to the Abia state chapter ably led by Hon. Goodluck Ihuoma Festus and the Zonal/LG coordinators & secretaries at the Abia Hotels Umuahia on the Saturday,  2nd of August 2025.

The interface which started at the 1325hrs of the day was opened with a prayer and introduction of attendees. 

The state coordinator, Hon. Goodluck Ihuoma during his opening speech assured the National coordinator the state chapter’s resolve to embrace this movement and spread it across to every nuke and cranny of this state. And the one Million youth movement as promised by our Leader, H.Chief GOVERNMENT TOMPOLO to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and championed by him, Snr. Comrd Saturday David will be actualized as Abia State quota and contributions to the success for the movement will not be found wanting. 

In response, the National Coordinator, Snr.  Comrd. Saturday David expressed his happiness to the massive turn out of coordinators and secretaries despite the short time notice. He also noticed and commended the presence of a Traditional ruler from Arochukwu LGA and promised to report back to our National leader, H.Chief  Government Tompolo of the warm welcome. He commended the state  Chapter Coordinator, Hon. Goodluck  Ihuoma  and all other Coordinators and urged them to keep the flag flying. He also asserted that our National Leader gives honor to which honor is due to despite age bracket. In his words, every effort will be like a seed planted by the riverside which will germinate and flourish while the produce will be collected at the season. He also notified the chapter that this movement has cut across 28 states in the country and still going. 

He also said that by the end of this August the movement will be inaugurated at Delta State. He also made mention of state patrons when the time comes.


 

The following resolutions were made during the interface:

• The Abia State chapter welcomes and adopts the movement.
• The chapter passed a vote of confidence and support to the leadership of the state chapter ably led by Hon. Goodluck Ihuoma Festus and his excos.
• The state chapter pledged her unalloyed support to the leadership of Snr. Comrd Saturday David as the National Coordinator of this great movement.
• The state chapter expressed her trust and readiness to work for our NATIONAL LEADER AND HIGH CHIEF GOVERNMENT TOMPOLO, to actualize the ONE MILLION YOUTH MOVEMENT FOR PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU.
• The Abia State chapter resolved to work for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the SECOND TENURE .
• The state chapter resolved that for effective mobilization towards this movement, both the Zonal and LG coordinators MUST reside in Abia State.
• The Abia State chapter expressed witnessed and expressed gratitude to the National Coordinator who swiftly appointed the LG coordinator of Arochukwu LGA, HRH EZE Precious Ogemdi to the position of the National Adviser of the movement.
• The Abia State chapter unanimously agreed to appoint and fill the executive members at all levels with respect to the existing organogramm, and will be supervised by the state and zonal coordinators at their levels respectively.



The interface was successful as all other concerns raised were ratified.

Charity Twumasi Ankrah in an interview with KMJ on Prime Morning Tuesday explained that breast-sucking is a major way to help curb breast cancer in women. According to her, it is very important for a woman’s breasts to be sucked as it keeps the breast healthier. “Breastfeeding your baby is very important as a woman.
